to deep pressure. This treatment gives extra attention to problem areas.

Couples Massage
Massage for couples is a great way to share the massage experience consecutively.

Deep Tissue Massage Therapy
Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles not with the grain. Deep tissue massage helps to break up and eliminate scar tissue. Deep tissue massage usually focuses on more specific areas and may cause some soreness during or right after the massage.

Sport Massage Therapy
A firm massage using cross-fibre friction, trigger points, stretching and
joint movements, using therapeutic oil. Great for athletes -- before or
after an event.

Pregnancy Massage Therapy
A combination of massage techniques adapted to the specific needs of pre/post-natal mothers. Special positioning and cushions are used for optimum comfort and safety. Great for the aches, pains and stresses of pregnancy and childbirth.

Reflexology
A thorough foot massage using the theory of reflexology: that all parts of
the body are correlated to zones in the feet. By releasing tension in the
foot, all areas of the body feel the benefits.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well.
It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release.
